What Happens After You File

Once we receive a valid counter-notice:

• 📧 We send your counter-notice to the person who filed the original DMCA notice
• ℹ️ They have 10-14 business days to respond

步 2: Waiting Period (10-14 business days)

• ⏰ We wait to see if the claimant files a lawsuit against you
• 📋 Content remains disabled during this period

步 3: Resolution

Two possible outcomes:

✅ No lawsuit filed:
We will restore your content after 10-14 business days (unless there are other violations)

❌ Lawsuit filed:
If the claimant notifies us they’ve filed a court action, content remains disabled until the legal matter is resolved

⚠️ Counter-Notice Warnings

Filing a counter-notice has consequences:

⚖️ You may be sued – The original claimant may file a lawsuit against you

🔓 Your info will be shared – Your counter-notice (including contact info) will be sent to the claimant

Only file a counter-notice if:

• ✅ You genuinely believe the takedown was a mistake
• ✅ You own the content or have proper authorization
• ✅ You’re willing to defend your position in court if necessary

Not sure? Consult an attorney before filing a counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Zero Tolerance for Repeat Infringers

We take copyright infringement seriously.

Consequences for repeat offenders:

“Verified infringement” means:

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that:

• ❌ Repeatedly infringe copyrights
• ❌ Systematically upload infringing content
• ❌ Abuse the DMCA process (filing false notices)
• ❌ Ignore warnings or continue infringing after notification

Terminated accounts:

• 🚫 Cannot be reactivated
• 💸 Forfeit unused Tokens (no refund)
• 🔒 May result in IP or device bans
