2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in jurisdictions requiring a higher age threshold) to use this Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation will be immediately terminated.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Payments, Tokens, and Refunds

Virtual Tokens

The Service uses a virtual credit system called “Tokens” for purchasing features and services.

Important Token Terms:

Tokens are a non-refundable, non-transferable, revocable license for use within our Service only
Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred outside the platform
All Token purchases are final unless required by law or granted at our sole discretion
Unused Tokens may expire according to our published expiration policy

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers compliant with PCI-DSS standards
We do not store complete payment card information
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
All payment information must be accurate and complete

Refunds

Refunds are granted only:

Where legally required by consumer protection laws
At our sole discretion in cases of technical error or service failure
Within 14 days of purchase if no Tokens have been used (EU customers only, per EU Distance Selling Directive)

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

When you upload, generate, or submit content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to:

Host, store, process, and display your content
Use your content to operate, improve, and market the Service
Generate AI outputs based on your prompts

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content
Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
You will not upload prohibited content (see Section 6)

Our IP

All Service features, technology, software, designs, logos, and trademarks are owned by Undress AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Strictly Prohibited Content:

❌ Any content involving minors (persons under 18 years old)
❌ Non-consensual or coerced sexual content
❌ Real people without explicit consent (deepfakes, unauthorized likenesses)
❌ Violence, abuse, or exploitation
❌ Bestiality, incest, or other illegal activities
❌ Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement
❌ Privacy or publicity rights violations
❌ Content prohibited by applicable law

Prohibited Conduct:

You may not:

Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, or defamation
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to hack, bypass security, or reverse-engineer our technology
Scrape, data-mine, or extract content using automated tools
Interfere with Service operation or other users’ experience
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Share, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in prohibited conduct
Your activity threatens Service security or other users
Required by law or legal process

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
Unused Tokens are forfeited (unless refund is legally required)
We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or quality of outputs
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security or freedom from viruses
Non-infringement of third-party rights

We do not guarantee:

Specific generation results or quality
Continuous Service availability
Compatibility with all devices or browsers
That AI outputs will meet your expectations

You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undress AI shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
Lost profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
Damage to reputation or goodwill
Service interruptions or technical failures
Third-party actions or content

Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of:

The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
€150 (one hundred euros)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Undress AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your negligence or willful misconduct

12. Copyright and DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with:

Repeat Infringer Policy

30 days after notice for material changes (via email or Service notification)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.).

Survival: Sections covering intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination.
