Strictly Prohibited Content

🚫 The following content is absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:

1. ❌ Content Involving Minors

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Any content depicting, suggesting, or involving persons under 18 years old
Fictional or stylized characters that appear to be minors
Age-ambiguous content that could reasonably be perceived as involving minors
“Aged-up” or “adult versions” of known minor characters

This includes:

Generated images or videos
Prompts requesting such content
Uploaded reference images

⚠️ Violations will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

2. ❌ Non-Consensual or Exploitative Content

Strictly prohibited:

Non-consensual sexual acts or scenarios
Sexual assault, rape, or coercion themes
Exploitation, abuse, or trafficking
“Revenge porn” or unauthorized intimate imagery
Deepfakes or manipulated images of real people without consent

3. ❌ Illegal Sexual Content

Not allowed:

Bestiality (sexual content involving animals)
Incest themes
Necrophilia
Other acts illegal in the EU, US, or most jurisdictions

4. ❌ Unauthorized Use of Real People’s Likenesses

Strictly prohibited:

Creating content using real people’s faces or bodies without explicit written consent
Celebrity deepfakes or lookalikes
Politicians, public figures, or private individuals
Content impersonating or misrepresenting real people

Exception: Purely fictional, AI-generated characters that don’t resemble real individuals

5. ❌ Intellectual Property Infringement

Not allowed:

Copyrighted images, characters, or artwork without permission
Trademarked logos, brands, or characters
Proprietary designs or trade secrets
Content that infringes moral rights or publicity rights

Examples of infringement:

“Generate [copyrighted character] nude”
Using uploaded images you don’t own
Recreating copyrighted artwork styles without transformation

6. ❌ Hateful or Harmful Content

Strictly prohibited:

Content promoting terrorism or extremism
Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
Threats of violence or harm
Doxxing or sharing private information

7. ❌ Malicious Code or Security Threats

Not allowed:

Viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempts to compromise platform security
Phishing or social engineering attacks
Data scraping or unauthorized access attempts

Prohibited Conduct

Beyond content restrictions, users may not:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Facilitate criminal activity
Violate local, national, or international laws

🚫 Technical Abuse

Reverse engineer or decompile our technology
Bypass security, authentication, or access controls
Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers
Overload or disrupt Service infrastructure
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized access

🚫 Harassment and Abuse

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Impersonate other users or Company staff
Spam, flood, or disrupt communications
Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

🚫 Unauthorized Commercial Use

Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
Use outputs for commercial purposes beyond personal use (without appropriate licensing)
Frame, mirror, or scrape our content

🚫 Account Abuse

Share accounts or login credentials
Create accounts using false information
Purchase Tokens with stolen payment methods
Engage in chargebacks or payment fraud

Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

Copyright Protection

Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and EU Copyright Directive, we respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, submit a notice to:

Repeat Infringer Policy

⚠️ Users with multiple verified infringement claims will have their accounts permanently terminated.

Indemnification
